Credits offer you the flexibility to choose a package tailored to your specific needs, allowing you to decide the mix of digital, print, or video content required for each project. Once you submit a request, it will be added to your work queue. Your dedicated Brandripe designer will then begin working on your requests, starting with the first four in your queue.
Each collateral has its own credit value, and your credits renew every month as long as your subscription is active. Any unused credits will roll over to the next month, provided your plan remains active.
If you need more credits, you can top up with your preferred amount. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a plan that offers more credits.
With any credit plan, you can access any of our creative services.

Each design is custom-made based on your submitted brief and will have a different output time. However, we promise that your initial design request will be delivered within 24-48 working hours. If you would like to speed up your designs, you can opt for our accelerated same-day turnaround for selected collaterals. Please note that large complex designs may require more time and be subject to batch delivery.
You can submit up to 2 revision rounds for each project. Any further revisions will require additional credits. Within our system, you can view your designs and pinpoint the exact areas that need revision.
The minimum subscription commitment is 3 months.
Of course. You can submit requests from all the different brands under your account. It's a simple process: just create a brand profile through your account, upload all your brand assets, and then select the brand you would like us to work with.
This will depend on your digital strategy, objectives, and way of working. Book a demo with us, and we can help you figure out the best option based on your needs.

If you find that our service is not the right fit for you, you can cancel anytime during the 10-day trial period without any charges. If you choose not to cancel, your card will be automatically billed for the total amount of the plan you selected during the trial. Rest assured; you won't incur any charges during the trial itself.
